  Be careful when dealing with this company. They sent me the wrong post-op shoe but then claimed the one they sent 'would do the job'. It wasn't the one I showed a picture to both my podiatrist and physiotherapist before purchasing.. and why wasn't I asked if it was ok to send something else? Then I was told they didn't have the one I wanted but it's still being advertised. Yes, they did offer to give me a refund but only if I send the wrong one back at MY expense. This would be fine if I had just changed my mind... it was NOT my mistake. Being a pensioner I cannot afford the shipping back so I lose out. Rude and dishonest people. All I asked for is what I paid for. Surely this is not reasonable. I purchased shoe before Christmas and received it a few days before Dec 25th... when I rang to complain they said someone would get back to me by the 7th January. It didn't happen... It was bad enough I (and my three broken toes) had to wait this long... but now we've lost out big time. BAD BUSINESS
